Frank Camardo serves as General Counsel and Vice President of Operations for Coyne Real Estate, LLC, helping to manage the company’s real estate investment portfolio. Prior to this role, Frank worked as an associate in the litigation group at the law firm Jones Day. Frank holds a degree in finance from The Ohio State University and earned his law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he received the Faculty Award for Highest Academic Grade Average, Class of 2015. Frank’s article, Supplemental Pay or Supplemental Power?: Why the Ohio General Assembly’s Compensation Structure Unconstitutionally Centralizes Power in the General Assembly Leadership, was published in the Cleveland State Law Review.
Frank is an Adjunct Professor at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, teaching Scholarly Writing and Legal Writing, Research, and Advocacy for the Masters of Legal Studies program. In 2018, he was appointed by the Cleveland City Council President to serve on the decennial Cleveland Charter Review Commission, which is tasked with reviewing Cleveland’s charter and recommending amendments to improve the governing document.
